=== Cheesecake ===

Here's the first recipe from my grandma for you. Have fun trying it!

== ingredients ==

__ for the base: __

  100 gramms sugar
  100 gramms butter
    2 eggs
  225 gramms fluor
    3 level teaspoon of baking powder


__ for the filling __

  1 packet cottage cheese
  1/2 packet quark
  200 gramms butter
  300 gramms sugar
    5 eggs
    1 packet vanilla pudding
   80 gramms cornstarch
   75 gramm rasins (as liked)

== preparation of the base ==

Sieve the fluor and mix it with the baking powder. Add the eggs, sugar, butter and create a smooth dough.
Spread it uniformly accross a cake spring form. Don't forget the edges.

== preparation of the cheese filling ==

Seperate the eggs and mix the yolks with the cottage cheese, quark, butter and sugar. Add the vanilla pudding, starch and rasins. Beat the egg whites and gently add it to the mixture.

Bake the whole thing at 170°C - 190°C (circulating air) approximatly for a hour. Enjoy your meal!
